《通信营业服务基础》是通信运营服务专业的一门专业核心课程。本文结合教学背景,分析阐述了基于现代学徒制下的课程教学探索,包括建立合适的教学资源库、充分运用信息化教学手段、情景模拟法让课堂“活”起来、渗透心理素质教育等。
