摘要
初中学生处于身心发展的关键时期,每个班级的学生都存在能力水平不一样的情况,对于发展中的个性化的学生来说,每位学生都蕴含着巨大的潜力。班主任应秉持不放弃每一个学生的原则,兼顾班级全体同学,不仅是对于能力较好的学生,对于学困生的引导也尤为重要,这样才能实现共同进步。
Junior high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development,and students in each class have different levels of ability.For the developing individual students,each student has great potential.The head teacher should uphold the principle of not giving up every student and take care of all the students in the class.It is not only for the better able students,but also for the guidance of the students with learning difficulties,so as to achieve common progress.
