小学音乐课堂教学的个性化管理

摘要 课堂管理是一个令所有教师都十分头疼的问题,特别是面对小学生,他们性格顽劣,管理难度大,维持课堂秩序需要教师分出许多精力。如今,个性化管理理念开始推广,教师管理渐渐变为了学生自主管理,并以更加人性化、多样化的方式达到整顿课堂秩序的效果。本文就来说一说个性化管理的原则以及在小学音乐课堂教学中的实施方法。 Classroom management is a headache for all teachers,especially in the face of primary school students,they have bad character,management is difficult,to maintain classroom order requires teachers to divide a lot of energy.Nowadays,the concept of personalized management has been popularized,and the management of teachers has gradually changed into the self-management of students,and the classroom order has been rectified in a more humanized and diversified way.This paper discusses the principles of personalized management and the implementation methods in primary school music classroom teaching.
