中德甘薯贸易现状及互补性分析

Status Quo and Complementarities of Sweet Potato Trade between China and Germany

甘薯作为重要的粮食作物,在全世界有着广泛的种植。中国是世界最大的甘薯生产国和最重要的甘薯贸易国之一。在概述德国甘薯进出口现状以及进口结构的基础上,分析了中国甘薯出口竞争情况,并结合中德甘薯贸易状况,剖析了中德甘薯贸易的互补性,指出了中德甘薯贸易中存在的主要问题。最后,从建立信息交流平台,提升需求响应速度;优化产品出口结构和质量,提升需求响应能力两个方面提出了优化中德甘薯贸易互补性的政策建议。

As an important food crop, sweet potato is widely cultivated all over the world. China is the largest world’s sweet potato producer and one of the most important sweet potato trade countries. Based on summarizing the import and export status quo and import structure of sweet potato in Germany, combined with the Sino-German sweet potato trade situation, the export competition of Chinese sweet potato was analyzed, and the complementarities of Chinese and German sweet potato trade were analyzed, and the main problems existing in the Sino-German sweet potato trade were pointed out. Finally, some policy suggestions were put forward to optimize the complementarities of Sino-German sweet potato trade from the aspects of establishing information exchange platform to improve the speed of demand response, and optimizing products export structure and quality to improve demand response capabilities.
