农户粮食安全生产关心程度的消费者感知影响因素分析

Influencing Factors Analysis on Consumers’ Perceptions of Concern Level of Farmers’ Food Safety Production

消费者所感知到的相关责任主体对食品安全的关心是构成消费者食品安全信任的主要依据之一。以粮食消费为例,重点分析了影响消费者对农户粮食安全生产关心程度感知的因素;在参考消费者食品安全信任相关研究的基础上,构建了消费者感知模型;基于问卷调查,获取了烟台市274份消费者调查问卷数据;通过统计分析,指出年龄、受教育程度、食品安全重视程度、粮食安全生产现状认知以及孩子是否在家吃饭等因素是影响消费者对农户粮食安全生产关心程度感知的主要因素;揭示了"受教育程度"与"消费者感知"之间存在负相关关系,其在很大程度上是城乡认知差异的反映。最后,建议通过扩大农业安全生产补贴、发展替代性食物体系等方式提高消费者对农户粮食安全生产关心程度感知的信任水平,弥合城乡认知分歧。

Consumers perceived concern from relevant responsible subjects for food safety is one of the main bases of consumers’ food safety trust. Taking grain consumption as an example, the factors affecting consumers’ perceptions of concern level of farmers’ food safety production were analyzed comprehensively.Based on the research on consumer food safety trust, consumers’ perceptions model was constructed. Based on questionnaire survey, 274 questionnaires of consumers in Yantai city were obtained. Through statistical analysis,the main factors affecting consumers’ perceptions of concern level of farmers’ food safety production were pointed out, such as age, education level, emphasis degree on food safety, cognition current situation of food safety production and whether children eat at home and so on. A negative correlation was revealed between education level and consumers’ perceptions of concern level of farmers’ food safety production, which to a large extent reflects the cognitive differences between urban and rural areas. Finally, it was recommended to increase the trust level of consumers’ perception of farmers’ food safety production concern level by expanding agricultural safety subsidies and developing alternative food systems to bridge the urban-rural perception gap.
