疫情期间中小学教师在线教学的现状、满意度及持续使用意愿调查研究——以湖北省咸安和崇阳试验区为例 被引量:9

摘要 文章对湖北省咸安和崇阳中小学教师开展网络问卷调查,发现重大疫情下中小学教师在线教学面临诸多问题:师生互动不理想成为在线教学和在线学习的共性问题;难以处理突发情况和难以进入教学状态是教师在线教学面临的主要困难;在线教学效果不佳,教师对在线教学满意度存在学段和教龄差异,对在线教学持续使用意愿存在学段差异。为此,文章特提出转变师生角色加强互动、提高教师在线教学胜任力、完善在线教学的保障与供给等对策建议,以期为今后在线教学的顺利开展提供借鉴。 The paper carried out online questionnaire survey on primary and secondary school teachers in Xian’an and Chongyang,Hubei Province,and found that primary and secondary school teachers face many problems in online teaching during the major epidemic:unsatisfactory teacher-student interaction became a common problem in online teaching and online learning;difficult to handle emergencies and enter teaching state were the main difficulties faced by teachers in online teaching;the effects of online teaching was poor,and there were obvious differences in online teaching satisfaction among teachers of different studying stages and teaching ages,and there were obvious differences in the continuous use of online teaching among teachers of different studying stages.Accordingly,the countermeasures and suggestions of changing teachers’and students’roles to strengthen interaction,improving teachers’'online teaching competency,and improving the guarantee and supply of online teaching,expecting to provide reference for the smooth development of online teaching in the future.
