摘要
随着素质教育理念的普及,教师在组织教学工作时不仅要注重智育,促进学生文化素质的发展,还要关注学生的主体体验,以便有效激发他们的内在积极情感,使他们树立正确的学习态度、形成良好的心理素质,继而提升其综合素质。在此背景下,初中思想政治教师在组织教学工作时应当积极调整思路,关注该阶段学生的情感需求,并在教学方案中穿插各种情感教育活动,以便通过有效引导,辅助学生将所学的知识内化于心、外化于行,同时进一步完善他们的情感世界、促进其身心健康发展,进而顺利实现本学科的育人目标。
With the popularization of the concept of quality education,teachers should not only focus on intellectual education and promote the development of students’cultural qualities in organizing teaching work,but also pay attention to the subject experience of students in order to effectively stimulate their inner positive emotions and enable them to establish the correct learning attitude,forming good psychological quality,and then improving its comprehensive quality.In this context,junior high school ideological and political teachers should actively adjust their thinking when organizing teaching work,pay attention to the emotional needs of students at this stage,and intersperse various emotional education activities in the teaching plan in order to assist students to effectively integrate the knowledge they have learned through effective guidance.Be at the heart and externalize at the same time,at the same time further improve their emotional world,promote the healthy development of their body and mind,and then successfully achieve the educational goals of this discipline.
