试论农村学校校本研修的有效引领与实践探索

On Effective Guidance and Practical Exploration of School-based Training in Rural Schools

当前农村学校对校本研修重视程度不够,会导致教师的专业水平难以提升。为了弥补当前农村学校发展存在的不足,需要高度重视校本研修工作,并高度重视各个环节教师的培训,从而有效引领与实践探索,为促进农村教学效率的提升打下良好基础。本文主要分析了校本研修的发展现状,并阐述了如何有效提高农村教师的专业水平,从而发挥校本研修的作用与优势。

At present,rural schools do not pay enough attention to school-based training,which will make it difficult for teachers to improve their professional level.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the current development of rural schools,it is necessary to attach great importance to school-based training,and attach great importance to the training of teachers in all links,so as to effectively lead and practice exploration,and lay a good foundation for promoting the improvement of rural teaching efficiency.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the development status of school-based training,and explains how to effectively improve the professional level of rural teachers,so as to play the role and advantages of school-based training.
