移动互联网时代,博物馆的工作要注重适应公众需求,转变传统工作理念,运用现代化信息技术为公众提供更全面便捷的服务,促进博物馆与社会公众的互动交流。文章基于移动互联网时代的背景,探讨移动互联网可移动性、可识别性、可定位性3个特点,研究博物馆服务方式的创新。

In the era of mobile internet,the work of museums should pay attention to adapting to the needs of the public,changing the traditional concept of work,using modern information technology to provide more comprehensive and convenient services to the public,and promoting the interactive communication between museums and the public.Based on the background of the mobile Internet era,this paper discusses three characteristics of mobile Internet mobility,identifiability and localization,and studies the innovation of museum service model.
