一种自适应的双向同步锁紧插销机构设计

摘要 文章针对大型机械产品双向到位之后的快速同步锁紧和快速解锁问题,设计了一种自适应双向同步锁紧的插销机构。本机构采用单个电推杆驱动解锁,双压缩弹簧驱动锁紧的结构形式,安装自由度高,在双向同步锁紧的同时,基于双向受力状况自适应解锁。 The article aims at the problem of fast synchronous locking and fast unlocking of large mechanical products after bi-directional positioning in place,a self-adaptive bi-directional synchronous locking latch mechanism.For this mechanism,a single electric push rod drives unlocking at both ends.Meanwhile,two compression springs drive unlocking separately.This mechanism can lock synchronously in two directions and self-adaptively unlock based on the stress condition at both ends,with high installation freedom.
