互联网时代下基于用户视角的职业教育专业教学资源库功能定位探析

Analysis on the function orientation of teaching resource base on user’s perspective in the Internet age

随着高等职业教育专业教学资源库(以下简称资源库)建设的不断深入,资源库功能定位的内涵逐渐丰富。从“辅教辅学”到“能学辅教”,学习者的主体地位逐步突显。文章首先回顾了资源库功能定位的演化历程,接着分析了学生、教师、企业员工、社会学习者等学习者的特征,即回答了“谁能学、辅谁教”的问题;最后,基于用户的视角,着重从助力个性化的“能学”方案、探索多样化的“能学”途径以及建立常用常新的“辅教”工具3个方面,给出了关于“能学辅教”的建议,以期更好地实现资源库的功能定位。

With the development of the teaching resources storehouse of higher vocational education(hereinafter referred to as the resource storehouse),the connotation of resource storehouse’s function orientation is gradually enriched.From“assisting teaching and learning”to“learning and teaching assistance”,the dominant position of learners is gradually highlighted.This paper firstly reviews the evolution of the function orientation of the resource base,and then analyzes the characteristics of students,teachers,enterprise employees,social learners,and other learners.Finally,based on the perspective of users,this paper gives suggestions on how to help users learn from the three aspects:personalized learning solutions,exploring diversified learning approaches and establishing fresh“teaching assistance”tools,so as to better realize the function orientation of the resource storehouse.
