Path Exploration and Practice Mechanism of Medical Students’Professional Quality Training

通过构建校外实践平台促使医学生重视社会实践活动,通过注重医学人文素养等外化教育途径培养医学生外在的处理问题、解决问题的能力,不断提高医学生职业素养培养的针对性和实效性。文章介绍了通过构建校外实践育人基地实现实践育人的主要做法,探索医学生职业素养培养的有效路径,形成育人实践机制。

This paper puts forward that by constructing the off-campus practice platform,medical students should pay attention to social practice activities,cultivate their ability to deal with problems and solve problems through external education channels such as medical humanistic literacy,and continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of medical students’professional literacy training.This paper introduces the main methods of practical education through the construction of practical education base outside school,explores the effective path of professional accomplishment cultivation of medical students,and forms the practical mechanism of educating people.
