高职扩招背景下美育融入思政教育的路径探究

Path of Aesthetic Education Integration into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion

高职大规模扩招后生源的多样化为学校思想政治教育带来了极大的挑战。在大思政格局下,美育因其独特的性质和功能,能以最生动和易于接受的方式促进受教育者审美品位、道德修养以及创新能力的培养,从而促进个体的全面发展。扩招后的高职学生思想政治教育应在综合分析生源特点的基础上,以“立德树人”为核心,以美育为载体,将审美教育渗透到队伍能力提升、课程体系构建、教学方式创新、校园环境优化以及实践平台打造中,形成“一心一环五纵”的实施体系。

After the large-scale expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges,the diversity of students brings great challenges to ideological and political education.Aesthetic education,due to its unique nature and function,can promote the cultivation of the educated people’s aesthetic taste,moral accomplishment and creative ability in the most vivid and acceptable way,so as to promote the overall development of individuals.After the enrollment expansion,higher vocational students’ideological and political education should be based on the comprehensive analysis the characteristics of the students.Aesthetic education should be integrated into the improvement of team ability,the construction of curriculum system,the innovation of teaching methods,the optimization of campus environment and the construction of practice platform,so as to form an new implementation system.
