生物工程专业应用型人才培养研究

Research on Cultivation of Applied Talents in Biological Engineering

高等教育改革推动了高校人才培养模式的改革,越来越多的高校开始向应用型转变。生物工程是一门实践性较强的专业,因此在生物工程人才培养中要注重对学生实践技能的提高。但目前还存在许多亟待解决的问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了生物工程专业应用型人才培养路径,以期提升人才培养的质量与效果。

The reform of higher education has promoted the reform of talent training models in colleges and universities,and more and more colleges have begun to shift to be application-oriented colleges.Bioengineering is a discipline with strong practicality.In the training of bioengineering talents,we must also pay attention to the cultivation of students’practical skills.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the cultivation of applied talents in bioengineering specialty.Aiming at these problems,this article points out the path of cultivating applied talents in bioengineering specialty,with a view to improving the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation.
