摘要 随着时代不断发展,各项信息技术层出不穷,给高等学校教育带来了新的可能。混合式教学法即教师在实际的教学中双管齐下,对形式进行线上线下教学,这样可以提高教学的时效性,有利于加强学生的自主学习能力。刑事诉讼法是一门理论内涵丰富和实践应用较强的法学学科,在教学模式上应当将理论教学与学生实践能力的培养并重,灵活运用线上线下混合式教学模式,提高刑事诉讼法课程的教学质量。在具体的应用中,教师之间要加强对混合式教学模式的交流与学习,利用开放平台制作教学资源,做好网络教学平台的技术维护,优化混合式教学模式的考核机制,只有这样才能有效提高刑事诉讼法的课堂教学效率。 With the continuous development of the times,various information technologies emerge,which brings new possibilities to higher education.The mixed teaching method means that the teachers can teach both online and offline in the actual teaching,which can improve the timeliness of teaching and strengthen students’independent learning ability.Criminal procedure law is a law discipline with rich theoretical connotation and strong practical application.In the teaching model,we should attach equal importance to the theoretical teaching and the cultivation of students’practical ability.It is necessary for teachers to flexibly use online and offline mixed teaching model,and to improve the teaching quality of criminal procedure law course.In the specific application,teachers should strengthen the communication and learning about the mixed teaching model,make use of the open platform to enrich teaching resources,do a good job in the technical maintenance of the network teaching platform,and optimize the assessment mechanism of the mixed teaching model.Only in this way,can we effectively improve the classroom teaching efficiency of the criminal procedure law.
