高校公共体育课程中排球垫球教学训练

排球是一项比较受欢迎的体育项目,也是高校公共体育课程中的主要课程。大学排球课程具有许多优势,有着较强的趣味性和诱导性,其安全系数也相对较高。对大学生进行排球教学,能够获得较好的教学效果,有利于促进排球运动在高校的发展。文章通过对高校排球训练的现状分析,结合排球垫球的训练方法,提出促进排球垫球教学的具体策略。

Volleyball is a popular sport,and it is the main course in the public physical education courses of colleges and universities.College Volleyball course has many advantages,and it has strong interest and inducement,and its safety coefficient relatively high.If volleyball is taught to college students,good teaching results can be obtained,which is conducive to the development of volleyball in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the present situation of volleyball training in colleges and combined with the training methods of volleyball pad ball,this paper puts forward some specific strategies to promote the development of volleyball pad ball teaching.
