摘要
食品科学与工程专业是应用非常广泛的学科,构建良好的人才培养体系有助于为食品行业输送高质量人才。文章就食品科学与工程专业本硕一体化人才培养体系的构建,从课程体系、实施环节等方面进行思考,探讨食品科学与工程专业本硕一体化课程体系建设思路。
Food science and engineering specialty is a widely used subject,and the construction of a good talent training system is helpful to cultivate high-quality talents for the food industry.This paper discusses the construction of the integrated training system of food science and engineering specialty from the aspects of curriculum system,implementation links and so on,and probes into the construction idea of the integration of food science and engineering specialty.
