摘要 高职院校跨区域联合培养学生是一个新课题。为提升藏区职业院校教师的物流管理专业教育教学能力和学生职业素质与岗位能力,并推动学生积极面向藏区外就业,西藏职业技术学院物流管理专业向江苏电子信息职业学院选派学生,进行高素质技术技能型人才跨区域“校际联合”培养,并对“2+1+就业”校际联合人才培养和就业工作模式进行了实践与探索。 The cross-regional cooperation cultivation is a new task for higher vocational colleges.In order to improve the education and teaching ability of the logistics management professional teachers and the professional quality and post ability of the students in the Tibet Vocational Technical College,and to promote the students to actively get jobs outside Tibet,the logistics management major of Tibet Vocational Technical College sends some students to Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information in a cross-regional way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.The two colleges have practiced the"2+1+employment"cross-regional intercollegiate talent cultivation and employment model,and have achieved some results.
