送礼何以盛行?送礼行为影响因素和理论解释

摘要 送礼行为是指送礼者选择礼物赠予收礼者,在这个过程中,送礼者并不期待直接的补偿,但是期望将来得到互惠与关系转变。送礼行为的影响因素包括:送礼者特征、送礼者与收礼者的差异、礼物特征及社会文化特征。目前学界对送礼行为的理论解释主要有社会交换理论、社会学习理论、面子理论和符号互动理论。未来研究需加深对送礼行为影响因素的探讨,考察网络情境下送礼行为的特殊性,挖掘送礼行为的其他理论解释。 Gift-giving behavior refers to the gift-giver sending gifts to the recipient,in this process the gift-giver does not expect direct compensation,but expects reciprocity and relationship change in the future.The factors influencing gift-giving behavior include the characteristics of the giver,the difference between the giver and the receiver,the characteristics of the gift as well as the social and cultural characteristics.At present,the social exchange theory,social learning theory,face theory and symbolic interactionism are four theoretical models to explain the gift-giving behavior.Future research needs to further explore:the other influencing factors of gift-giving behavior,the particularity of online gift-giving behavior,and the other theoretical explanations of gift-giving behavior.
