摘要
为了解决黑岱沟和哈尔乌素两露天矿区WK35电铲电抗器运行年久造成拉紧螺杆电气绝缘损坏的问题,提出了WK35电铲电抗器拉紧螺杆绝缘改造技术,分析了拉紧螺杆绝缘改造过程中所使用绝缘材料的绝缘强度以及绝缘改造的可行性。结果表明:新的改造技术完全符合WK35电铲电抗器拉紧螺杆的电气绝缘要求,对提高黑岱沟、哈尔乌素两露天矿区WK35电铲的出动率具有重大的意义。
In order to solve the problem of electrical insulation damage caused by tension screw of WK35 shovel reactor in Heidaigou and Ha’erwusu open-pit mining areas after the operation of WK35 shovel reactor for a long time,this article puts forward the insulation transformation technology of tension screw reactor in WK35 shovel,analyzes the insulation strength of insulation materials used in the process of insulation transformation and the feasibility of insulation transformation.The results show that the new transformation technology fully meets the electrical insulation requirements of tension screw of WK35 shovel reactor,which has great significance for improving the response rate of WK35 shovel in Heidaigou and Ha’erwusu open-pit mining areas.
