为了充分发挥露天采矿机在采场道路修筑和养护中的作用,切实解决日常作业中道路低洼难以平整、冬季路面打滑等问题。结合露天矿生产实际,利用采矿机采场新旧道路接口铣刨、冬季斜坡道路面拉毛防滑处理、主运输斜坡道切换前整体铣刨等作业方法,进一步提高露天矿采场道路质量,保证卡车运输安全,同时降低生产成本,提升企业经济效益。

In order to give full play to the role of open-pit mining machine in the construction and maintenance of stope roads,and effectively solve the problems of low-lying roads in daily operation,such as difficult to level roads and slippery roads in winter,we combine with the production practice of the open-pit mine,use mining machine stope old and new road interface milling,winter slope road surface roughening and anti-skid treatment,overall milling before the main transport ramp switching,to further improve the surface mine road quality,ensure truck transportation safety,reduce production costs,and improve enterprise economic benefits.
