分体式髌骨爪在髋臼后壁骨折手术中的应用 被引量:1

The Application of Patella Claws in the Operation of Acetabular Fractures

摘要 目的探讨分体式髌骨爪在髋臼后壁骨折手术治疗的方法及优势。方法总结11例髋臼后壁骨折以分体式髌骨爪固定髋臼后壁边缘骨块的手术要点和治疗效果。术后定期复查观察骨折复位情况、愈合情况及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果随访时间12个月以上,骨折复位根据Matta[1]影像学评分,3例为满意复位,8例解剖复位,无不满意复位。11例骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间4.2个月。临床结果评定以Matta改良的D'Aubigne和Postel评分标准[2],优6例,良3例,中2例,临床结果评定优良率81.8%。结论分体式髌骨爪能够有效固定髋臼后壁边缘骨块,避免了螺丝钉进入关节面及钻孔时骨块劈裂的风险。 Objective To explore the methods and advantages of patella claw in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods 11 cases of acetabular fractures were treated with patella claw fixation.The reduction and healing of fracture were observed by regular follow-up after operation,and the recovery of joint function was observed as well.Results All the patients were followed up for more than 12 months.According to the Matta imaging score,3 cases got satisfactory reduction and 8 cases got anatomic reduction.The excellent and good rate was 81.8%.Conclusion The patella claw can effectively fix the acetabulum marginal bone mass and avoid the risk of screws entering the articular surface in the operation of acetabular fractures.
