摘要
选取果蝇为模型生物,探究花生粕多肽对果蝇寿命及超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。从试验结果可以看出:花生粕多肽不仅能够延长果蝇寿命,还能增强体内超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的酶活力,酶活力的提高率分别达到31.00%和27.35%。说明花生粕多肽能够在一定范围内提高机体抗氧化和清除自由基的能力,达到延缓衰老的作用。
With Drosophila melanogaster as the model organism, the effects of peanut meal polypeptide on life-span of Drosophila melanogaster, the activity superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) were studied. Results showed that peanut meal polypeptides could effectively prolong the life span of Drosophila melanogaster. Furthermore, enzyme activities of SOD and CAT in vivo were enhanced, and the increase rate of enzyme activities reached 31.00 % and 27.35 %, respectively. It showed that peanut meal polypeptides could improve the ability of antioxidation and scavenging free radicals in a certain range with the purpose of anti-aging.
