摘要
设计了高温高压条件下泡排剂性能评价方法,即重力击打发泡法和通气发泡法,并通过测试市售泡排剂产品对比研究了两种方法适用性。其中重力击打发泡法在高压条件下不适用,高压下垂直下落的液柱分散,击打产生泡沫量不足,且压力越高,液柱分散程度越大。通气发泡法在高温高压条件下适用,测试参数为发泡时间、消泡时间、携液率,110℃、4.5 MPa条件下测试两种泡排剂,并评价出B型泡排剂高温高压条件下稳泡性优于A型泡排剂。
In this paper,the evaluation methods of foaming agent performance under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure are designed.They are the gravity impact foaming method and the aeration foaming method.The method of gravity beating is not applicable under high pressure condition.The vertical falling liquid column under high pressure is dispersed,and the amount of foam produced by beating is insufficient.The higher the pressure is,the greater the dispersion of liquid column.The method of aeration foaming is applicable under high temperature and high pressure.The test parameters are foaming time,defoaming time and liquid carrying rate.Two kinds of foaming agents are tested at 110℃and 4.5 MPa.It is evaluated that the foam stability of type B foaming agent is better than that of type A at high temperature and high pressure.
