摘要 采用单螺杆纺丝机熔融纺丝法制备了不同纺丝油添加的煤沥青纤维,对比分析了煤沥青的热稳定性、铺展性能和热性能等。结果表明,原料的高温热稳定性较好,在温度350℃以下不会发生明显分解。制备的纺丝油剂与煤沥青的结合性、润湿性能和铺展性能都优于去离子水,在纤维制备过程中更加有利于卷绕收丝,避免摩擦和断丝等现象发生。由于纺丝油剂的添加,PF+A1、PF+A3和PF+A4纤维的放热量明显小于未添加纺丝油剂的PF,且随着纺丝油剂中硅油浓度的增加,对纤维的放热抑制作用更强。 Coal tar pitch fibers with different spinning oils were prepared by melt spinning on single screw spinning machine.The thermal stability,spreading and thermal properties of coal tar pitch were compared and analyzed.The results show that the raw material has good thermal stability at high temperature andcannot decompose obviously below 350℃.The spinning oil prepared in this paper has better binding,wettability and spreading properties than deionized water.It is more conducive to winding and winding in the process of fiber preparation,and avoids friction and breakage.Due to the addition of spinning oils,the heat release of PF+A1,PF+A3 and PF+A4 fibers is significantly less than that of PF without spinning oils,and with the increase of silicone oil concentration in spinning oils,the heat release inhibition of the fibers is stronger.
