浅谈创新背景下的集成电路专业实验教学 被引量:2

摘要 在培养具有创新精神的应用型人才目标指引下,探究性实验教学在高等教育教学中开始崭露头角。以集成电路设计专业的基本实验———全定制四位减法器电路设计为例,详细说明了传统验证性实验的具体实施形式、优势及现阶段存在的不足。在此基础上,研究了全定制四位减法器电路设计的探究性实验开展形式,分析了探究性实验形式的利弊,探讨了探究性实验与验证性实验相结合的可行性及具体的改革方案,以期更好地发挥实验教学在集成电路专业创新型、应用型人才培养中的重要作用。 Guided by the goal of cultivating innovative applied talents,inquiry experiment teaching has begun to emerge in higher education teaching.This paper takes the basic experiment of IC design specialty"full customization four-bit subtracting circuit design"as an example,and introduces in detail the specific implementation form,advantages and disadvantages of the traditional verifiable experiment at the present stage.On this basis,this paper studies the design method of IC professional experiment,explores the specific implementation form of exploratory experiment teaching of the subtracting circuit,and explores the feasibility and specific reform plan of combining exploratory experiment with verifiable experiment,in order to better play the experimental teaching.It plays an important role in the training of"innovative and application-oriented"talents in integrated circuits.
