摘要
针对机械工程控制基础课程内容抽象,知识点多以及理论与实践脱节等问题,西安交通大学机械学院对机械工程控制实验教学体系进行了改革。确定了机械工程控制基础实验教学目标,构建了多层次的实验教学体系,建立了机械控制实验教学模式体系,形成以过程考核为核心的考评体系,从而让学生通过基础性实验了解阶次响应等基本概念,通过综合性实验锻炼学生将控制应用到工程系统中的能力,通过创新性实验培养学生独立搭建控制系统的实践能力。该体系培养了学生运用机械工程控制领域新技术新方法对复杂机械工程中的系统控制问题进行理论分析和实验研究的能力。
In view of the abstraction of the course content of mechanical engineering control,the knowledge points and the disconnection between theory and practice,the School of Mechanical Engineering of Xi ’an Jiaotong University reformed the experimental teaching system,and determined the basic experimental teaching objectives of mechanical control engineering. A multi-level experimental teaching system has been constructed,a mechanical control experimental teaching model system has been established,and an evaluation system with process evaluation as the core has been formed,so that students can understand the basic concepts such as order response through basic experiments,and train students through comprehensive experiments. The ability of applying to engineering systems and the practical ability of students are trained to build control systems independently through innovative experiments. The system cultivates students’ ability to theoretically and experimentally study system control problems in complex mechanical engineering using new techniques and methods in the field of mechanical engineering control.
