基于案例教学/研发过程的校企合作教学模式探究 被引量:7

摘要 课程开发是高校教学管理、课程改革的重要内容。机械工程专业作为实践性较强的专业,对于校企合作课程开发是必要而迫切的。校企合作教学模式开发能够将课程与岗位实现无缝对接,同时深化产教融合、校企合作人才培养模式改革,加快建设应用型本科教育教学体系,大力培育和提高学生应用能力和创新能力。以机械制造基础教学为例,通过案例教学/研发过程的导向作用进行校企合作教学模式开发,重视学生在校学习与实际工作的一致性,突出应用性和针对性。校企合作教学模式以学生为中心,成果为导向,教师和企业工程师为主体,全员参与,有利于做到产教融合。 Course development is the key content of teaching management and course reform in colleges and universities.It is rather necessary and urgent for mechanical engineering to develop cooperative courses of school and enterprise since it is a specialty with strong practicality.Developing cooperative courses of school and enterprise can achieve seamless joint of courses and posts as well as deepen the integration of production and teaching and the reform of personnel training mode of cooperation between school and enterprise,accelerate construction of applied undergraduate education teaching system,and foster and enhance the application ability and innovation ability of students.In this paper,cooperative courses of school and enterprise are developed based on the guiding role of case teaching/R&D process,the consistency of learning at school and actual working of students is emphasized,and applicability and pertinence are highlighted by taking the teaching of machine manufacturing base as an example.With students as the center,achievements as the guidance,teachers and enterprise engineers as principal parts,each link should take an active part so as to realize the cooperation between school and enterprise as well as integration of production and teaching.
