沉浸式大学生创业教育生态系统构建探究

Research on the Construction of the Ecosystem of Immersed Entrepreneurship Education for College Students

进入新时代,建设创新型国家上升到国家战略,其中关键在人才。在分析当前大学生创业教育面临的与立德树人根本任务融合不够、相关质量标准缺失、创业意识不强及创业氛围不浓等困境的基础上,提出构建一种“沉浸式”大学生创业教育生态系统,通过课程融合、资源整合、平台升级、强化师资及评价反馈,引导大学生积极参与创业活动,在其中能全身心投入,并通过自我体验、实践、获得有效反馈和自我满足,以提高大学生创业教育的实效性。

In the new era,the key to building an innovative country is talents.Based on the analysis of the current dilemma faced by college student’s entrepreneurship education,such as insufficient integration with the fundamental tasks of strengthen morality,lack of relevant quality standards,weak entrepreneurship awareness and weak entrepreneurship atmosphere,this paper proposes to construct an"immersive"college students’entrepreneurship education ecosystem,which can guide college students to be active through curriculum integration,resource integration,platform upgrading,strengthening teachers and evaluation feedback.Participation in Entrepreneurship activities,in which they can devote themselves wholeheartedly,and through self-experience,practice,get effective feedback and self-satisfaction,in order to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education for college students.
