摘要
生产实习是工科学生培养的关键环节。在企业进行生产实习由于客观条件限制,存在着诸多不足。校内生产实习基地能够与企业生产实习相互配合,提升教学质量。在建设完成的校内生产实习基地基础上,将计算机辅助技术的应用和学习贯穿于生产实习教学当中。以产品工艺规程设计、夹具设计、夹具装配工艺设计3部分实训内容为支撑,提高了学生的参与程度,加强了理论与实践之间的联系,取得了良好的教学效果。
Production practice is a key part of engineering student cultivation.Because of the objective condition restriction,production practice conducted in enter prisesexists many deficiencies.The intramural production practice basecan cooperate with enterprises well and improve the teaching quality.Based on the completed construction of campus production practice base,the application and learning of computer aided technology are well integrated in production practice teaching.The training content is supported by three parts:product process arrangement,fixture design,fixture assembly process design.By this way,the students’participation has improved,the connection between theory and practice has strengthened,and good teaching results haveachieved.
