人工智能时代“教研赛训”工作室人才培养模式的实践

在人工智能时代,发挥各种技术优势来改进传统应用型高校人才培养模式,是“新工科”中值得探究的重要课题。对人工智能时代学习形式碎片化背景下的新型人才培养模式进行了探索和实践,将传统工作室建设模式与流行的人工智能技术深度融合,通过工作室在校企共建教材资源、课程资源、学习终端方面的具体实践,发挥了“教研赛训”四大功能:生产性实践教学、企业产品研发、技能竞赛培育、师资能力训练,体现出工作室在功能上的多元创新,并取得了良好的推广应用。

In the era of artificial intelligence,giving full play to various technical advantages to improve the training mode of traditional application-oriented colleges and universities is an important topic to worth explore in the"new engineering".The study of artificial intelligence era fragmentation under the background of the new personnel training mode has carried on the exploration and practice,the traditional construction mode and popular artificial intelligence technology are deeply fused.The construction of teaching resources,curriculum resources,study result on terminal concrete practice,plays four big functions:the productive practice teaching,enterprise product research and development,cultivating teachers’ability training,skills competition,and manifests the studio on the function of multivariate innovation.It has achieved good application results.
