基于流程管理的高职院校实验实训室建设与管理

Discussion on Laboratory Construction and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Project Process Management

高职院校的实验实训室是完成课程实验和实践的主要教学场所,是实现实践教学任务目标的重要平台。它的运行和管理模式,将直接影响到高职实验及实训教学的质量和效果,影响到高职教育的办学特色。因此,研究一种高效的高职院校实验实训室运行管理模式有着极其重要的意义。通过分析当前高职院校实验实训建设与管理中存在的问题,本着有利于提高高职院校实验实训室建设和管理水平,提出一种基于流程管理思想,利用信息技术平台,构建基于“流程管理”的实验实训室新的运行管理模式。经过常州信息职业技术学院2年的管理运行,工作效率提高了近67%,实验实训室的建设质量明显提高,取得了很好的效果。

Laboratories in higher vocational colleges are the main teaching areas for course experiments and practice,as well as an important platform to achieve practical teaching objectives.Its operation and management mode will have a direct impact on the experiment,practical teaching quality and effect in higher vocational colleges,and the school characteristics as well.Therefore,it is of great significance to research on a laboratory operation mode with high efficiency.By analyzing the problems in the construction and management of higher vocational college laboratories,aiming at improving the construction and management level,this paper presents process management based on the concept of process management and takes advantage of information technology platform.After two-year operation in Changzhou College of Information Technology,the work efficiency has gone up 67%.The construction quality improved dramatically and this operation mode achieved great effect.
