5种陶瓷抛光套装对IPS e.max CAD瓷维氏硬度和断裂韧性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的对经过5种陶瓷抛光套装抛光处理后的IPS e.max CAD瓷的维氏硬度和断裂韧性进行评估,从而为临床中抛光工具的选择提供参考。方法制备105个规格为15.0 mm×10.0 mm×4.0 mm IPS e.max CAD瓷试件,对表面进行统一处理后模拟临床调磨。将试件随机分为7组,每组15个。对C组不做任何处理。对G组进行上釉处理。进行抛光处理的组别为SF组(Shofu Porcelain Adjustment Kit和CeraMaster套装)、3M组(Sof-Lex TM Discs套装)、EVE组(EVE DIAPRO玻璃陶瓷套装)、Tob组(道邦玻璃陶瓷套装)、Ivo组(OptraFine玻璃陶瓷套装)。分别测量每组试件的维氏硬度和断裂韧性并进行统计分析。结果7组维氏硬度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。G组、SF组、3M组、EVE组和Ivo组断裂韧性均大于C组(均P<0.05);G组断裂韧性大于SF组、EVE组、Tob组和Ivo组(均P<0.05);3M组断裂韧性大于SF组、EVE组、Tob组和Ivo组(均P<0.05)。结论经过不同抛光处理后的IPS e.max CAD瓷的维氏硬度无明显区别。抛光处理能有效提高IPS e.max CAD瓷的断裂韧性,其中Sof-Lex TM Discs套装增强断裂韧性的效果最好。 Objective To evaluate Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of IPS e.max CAD ceramic polished by five polishing sets,so as to provide reference for the selection of polishing tools in clinical practice.Methods A total of 105 specimens of IPS e.max CAD with specifications of 15.0 mm×10.0 mm×4.0 mm were prepared,and their surfaces were uniformly treated to simulate clinical grinding.The specimens were randomly divided into 7 groups,with 15 specimens in each group.No treatment was given to group C.The specimens in group G were glazed.The polishing groups were group SF(polished with Shofu Porcelain Adjustment Kit and CeraMasterd package),group 3M(polished with Sof-Lex TM Discs package),group EVE(polished with EVE DIAPRO glass ceramic package),group Tob(polished with TobooM glass ceramic package)and group Ivo(polished with OptraFine glass ceramic package).The Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of specimens in each group were measured and analyzed statistically.Results There was no statistical difference in Vickers hardness among the 7 groups(P>0.05).The fracture toughness of group G,SF,3M,EVE and Ivo were all greater than that in group C(all P<0.05).The fracture toughness of group G was greater than that in group SF,EVE,Tob and Ivo(all P<0.05).The fracture toughness of group 3M was greater than that in group SF,EVE,Tob and Ivo(all P<0.05).Conclusion The Vickers hardness of IPS e.max CAD ceramics after different polishing treatments have no obvious differences.Polishing treatment could effectively improve the fracture toughness of IPS e.max CAD ceramics,of which Sof-Lex TM Discs has the best effect on enhancing fracture toughness.
