复方苦参注射液在老年晚期结直肠癌并癌痛患者治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Compound Kushen Injection in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer and Cancer Pain

目的探讨复方苦参注射液在老年晚期结直肠癌并癌痛患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月于河南省省立医院收治的82例老年晚期结直肠癌并癌痛患者。采用盲抽法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。在常规姑息化疗的基础上,给予对照组患者硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗。在上述基础上,给予观察组患者复方苦参注射液治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗10 d采用癌症生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评估患者的生活质量。比较两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平,包括癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)。统计并比较两组不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组QLQ-C30评分均低于治疗前,观察组QLQ-C30评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平均低于同组治疗前(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清CEA、CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率[7.32%(3/41)]与对照组[17.07%(7/41)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液有助于提高老年晚期结直肠癌并癌痛患者的生活质量,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平。

Objective To investigate the application effect of compound Kushen injection in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer and cancer pain.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer and cancer pain were selected from May 2018 to October 2019 in Henan Provincial Hospital.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional palliative chemotherapy,patients in control group were given morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets.On the basis of the above,the patients in observation group were treated with compound Kushen injection.The QLQ-C30 was used to evaluate the patients’quality of life before treatment and 10 days after treatment.The levels of tumor markers including carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were counted and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of QLQ-C30 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of QLQ-C30 in observation group was lower than that in control group(all P<0.05).The levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in observation group after treatment were lower than those in the same group before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and observation group were 17.07%(7/41)and 7.32%(3/41),respectively.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen injection could improve the quality of life of elderly patients with advanced colorectal cancer and cancer pain,and reduce the level of serum tumor markers.
