摘要
针对铝合金T形接头激光焊接的操作难题,设计了激光焊接铝合金T形接头焊接试验测试工装,进行了不同激光功率和速度焊接T形接头的力学性能分析。结果表明:随着激光功率的增加,T形接头抗拉强度有所降低;随着焊接速度的增加,T形接头抗拉强度增加。同时,对焊接接头进行了断裂机制分析,发现接头拉断发生在熔合线处且为韧性断裂。
Aiming at the operation problems of laser welding upon aluminum alloy T-joints,the welding test on tooling by laser welding aluminum alloy T-joints were designed,and the mechanical properties of T-joints with different laser powers and speeds were analyzed.The results showed that with the laser power increases,the tensile strength of the T-joint decreases.With the welding speed increases,the tensile strength of the T-joint increases.Meanwhile,the fracture mechanism of the welded joint was analyzed,which was found that the joint was broken at the fusion line and was a ductile fracture.
