摘要
为研究逆铺粉方向不同倾斜角度对金属零件激光选区熔化成形质量及力学性能的影响,分别制备出逆铺粉方向下不同倾斜角的18Ni300模具钢金属试样,并对其相对密度、表面粗糙度和硬度进行研究。结果表明:随着倾斜角的增大,在5°和10°时会出现塌陷和挂渣现象,试样的相对密度先减小后增大,表面粗糙度值先增大后减小,硬度先减小后增大,在0°时能够得到表面质量最优、相对密度与硬度最大的试件。
In order to study the influence of different inclination angles in reverse spreading powder direction on the shaping quality and mechanical properties of selective laser melting of metal parts,18Ni300 die steel metal samples with different inclination angles in reverse spreading powder direction were prepared respectively,and the relative density,roughness and hardness were studied.The results show that with the increase of the inclination angle,the collapse and slag will appear at 5°and 10°.Furthermore,the relative density of the sample firstly decreases and then increases,the surface roughness firstly increases and then decreases,while the hardness firstly decreases and then increases.At the inclination angle of 0°,the surface quality,relative density and hardness of the sample achieves the best.
