风机健康管理系统的设计

摘要 传统风机性能试验方法测量精度低,人为因素干扰大。为此本文采用Labview的思想实现结构简单,使用灵活,成本低,操作简单直观,并且能保障设备安全运行的监测系统。首先利用串口采集风机运行期间的振动信号对风机进行监测,得到风机振动信号的幅值与相位,而后对故障参数进行特征参量提取并且将其进行存储,最后通过采集的数据对风机进行故障诊断。本系统具有良好的人机交互界面,可以实时准确地进行故障分析和预估实现。 The measurement accuracy of traditional fan performance test method is low and the interference of human factors is large.Therefore,this paper adopts the idea of Labview to design and implement a monitoring system with simple structure,flexible use,low cost,simple and intuitive operation,and can guarantee the safe operation of equipment.In this paper,firstly,the vibration signal during the operation of the fan is collected by the serial port to monitor the fan,and the amplitude and phase of the fan vibration signal are obtained.Then,the characteristic parameters of the fault are extracted and stored.Finally,the fault diagnosis of the fan is made through the collected data.The system has a good human-computer interaction interface,can be real-time accurate fault analysis and prediction.
