分布式电源接入下基于供电需求预测的配电网网格化规划 被引量:13

摘要 传统的配电网网格规划方法已经不能满足分布式电源大规模接入情况的规划需求,出现规划合理性差的问题,为解决这一问题,设计一种分布式电源接入下基于供电需求预测的配电网网格化规划方法。首先对配电网的现状进行评估,制定可靠性目标,按照供电需求预测结果细分供电区域、供电网络和供电单元三级网络,其次在配电网网格化基础上,对配电网网格编码,设置网格特征码,对配电网负荷进行预测,依据负荷预测结果,搭建供电网格目标网架,以此实现配电网网格化。最终完成分布式电源接入下基于供电需求预测的配电网网格化规划。实验对比结果表明,此次设计的配电网网格化规划方法比传统方法规划合理性强,能够满足配电网规划需求,具有一定的实际应用意义。 The traditional grid planning method of distribution network can not meet the planning requirements of large-scale access to distributed power supply,and there is a problem of poor planning reasonableness.In order to solve this problem,a grid planning method based on power supply demand prediction under distributed power access is designed.Firstly,the present situation of distribution network is evaluated,the reliability goal is worked out,and the power supply area,power supply network and power supply unit three-level network are subdivided according to the prediction results of power supply demand.secondly,on the basis of grid coding of distribution network,grid signature is set up,the load of distribution network is predicted,and the target of power supply grid is built according to the results of load forecasting.Grid,so as to achieve distribution network gridding.Finally,the grid planning of distribution network based on power supply demand prediction under distributed power access is completed.The experimental results show that the grid planning method of distribution network is more reasonable than the traditional method,and can meet the needs of distribution network planning,and has certain practical application significance.
