陕西省关中部分地区养殖场奶山羊8种病原抗体检测及分析

Antibody Detection and Analysis of Eight Pathogens in Partial Dairy Goat Farms of Guanzhong Areas of Shaanxi Province

为了调查陕西省奶山羊养殖中小反刍兽疫、羊传染性胸膜肺炎、山羊痘、羊口疮、口蹄疫、布鲁菌病、伪结核及产气荚膜梭菌相关疫病的血清学抗体水平,从陕西省兴平市、富平县、泾阳县、蒲城县部分奶山羊养殖场随机采集200份血清样品,分别对上述8种病原进行血清学抗体水平的检测。结果显示,小反刍兽疫抗体阳性率分别为96%、90%、96%和94%;山羊传染性胸膜肺炎抗体阳性率为分别为44%、44%、68%和44%;山羊痘抗体阳性率分别为68%、70%、62%和66%;羊口疮抗体阳性率分别为62%、62%、88%和94%;A型口蹄疫抗体阳性率为70%、70%、62%和70%;羊布鲁菌病抗体阳性率均为0%;羊伪结核抗体阳性率分别为16%、34%、18%和22%;产气荚膜梭菌α毒素的抗体阳性率为96%、92%、90%和92%。通过对8种疫病抗体的检测,为陕西省奶山羊疫病的防控提供了科学依据。

In order to investigate the serological antibody levels of peste des petits ruminants(PPR),contagious caprine pleuropneumonia(CCPP),goat pox(GP),contagious pustular dermatitis(CPD),foot and mouth disease(FMD),brucellosis,pseudotuberculosis,Clostridium perfringens related epidemic diseases in dairy goats in Shaanxi province,a total of 200 serum samples were randomly collected from some dairy goat farms in Xingping,Fuping,Jingyang,and Pucheng of Shaanxi province,and the antibody levels of the eight pathogens were detected.The results showed that the antibody positive rates of PPR were 96%,90%,96%and 94%,respectively;the antibody positive rate of CCPP were 44%,44%,68%and 44%;the antibody positive rate of GP were 68%,70%,62%and 66%;the antibody positive rate of CPD were 62%,62%,88%and 94%;the antibody positive rate of FMD type A were 70%,70%,62%and 70%;the antibody positive rate of Brucella was 0%;the antibody positive rate of pseudotuberculosis were 16%,34%,18%and 22%;the antibody positive rate of Clostridium perfringens alpha toxin were 96%,92%,90%,and 92%.Through the detection of eight pathogenic antibodies,it provided a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dairy goat diseases in Shaanxi province.
