副猪嗜血杆菌耐药流行性和耐药机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 副猪嗜血杆菌病在世界范围的暴发和广泛流行,给集约化、规模化养猪带来严重危害和经济损失。副猪嗜血杆菌对临床关键抗菌药的耐药性,特别是多重耐药问题近年来逐渐显现,给临床用药和疾病控制带来严重威胁。论文综述了近几年副猪嗜血杆菌的耐药流行情况和耐药机制研究进展,为临床合理用药提供理论参考,为有效防控副猪嗜血杆菌的耐药问题提供理论依据。 The outbreak and widespread of the infection caused by Haemophilus parasuis brings serious harm and economic loss to intensive and large-scale swine industry worldwide.The emergency of drug resistance of H.parasuis to some veterinary critical important antimicrobial agents,especially the multiple drug resistance has threatened the clinical treatment and disease control.This review summarized the recent research progress associated with the epidemic and molecular mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance in H.parasuis,providing a theoretical reference for rational use of the clinical important antimicrobial drugs and effective control of H.parasuis.
