2018年宝鸡凤翔地区4种动物疫病免疫抗体检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 为准确掌握宝鸡市凤翔县动物疫病的免疫现状,对全县12个乡镇共1500份动物血清进行实验室检测,主要针对猪瘟、猪O型口蹄疫、羊O型口蹄疫、鸡新城疫4种疫病进行免疫抗体检测。结果表明,2018年宝鸡市凤翔县4种主要动物疫病免疫抗体合格率均超过70%,达到了农业农村部标准,这些检测结果是对全县秋防效果的肯定;规模化养殖场4种动物疫病抗体合格率普遍高于散养户,说明规模化养殖更有利于疫病的防控净化;分析全县不同区域的动物疫病抗体合格率可知,西南部和东南部的免疫效果比西北部和东北部好,建议加强西北部和东北部的抽查和补免。 In order to accurately grasp the immune effects of animal diseases in Fengxiang county,laboratory tests were carried out on 1500 animal serum samples in 12 villages of the county.Immune antibodies against four major animal diseases were tested,including classical swine fever,O type foot-and mouth-disease in swine,O type foot-and mouth-disease in goats,chicken Newcastle disease.The test results showed that the qualified rate of immune antibodies against four major animal diseases of Fengxiang county in 2018 all exceeded 70%,meeting the standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture.These data are the affirmation of the autumn prevention effect of the whole county.We can also analyze that the qualified rates of four animal disease antibodies in large-scale farms are generally higher than that in free-range farms,indicating that large-scale breeding is more conducive to disease control and purification.According to the qualified rates of animal diseases in different regions of the county,the immune effect in the southwestern and southeastern regions of the county is better than that in the northwestern and northeastern regions.It suggests that we should strengthen the vaccine immunization in the northwestern and northeastern regions in 2019.
