摘要
为调查分析不同环境的毕业学员对自己工作中取得成就的核心素质的看法,以82名军医大学临床医学毕业学员为例,分析所在医院不同等级、是否在医疗体系单位内工作、是否仍在部队工作等不同环境中的受访者对岗位胜任力的认知差异。结果显示,所在医院性质不同的毕业生提到适应工作性质改变带来的变化,适应军地环境改变带来的变化,创新与科研能力,在职业活动中具备批判性思维,有意识地培养创造性思维和创新能力,积极撰写发表科研论文,有进取心,有行动力8个方面有统计学差异(χ^2=13.709,7.817,8.729,9.658,7.372,10.881,7.122,16.596,P<0.05)。是否在医疗体系单位内工作的毕业生提到和没有提到采用合理的治疗计划,适应能力,适应工作性质改变带来的变化,适应军地环境改变带来的变化,有事业心5个方面有统计学差异(χ^2=3.943,10.564,20.549,13.817,4.001,P<0.05)。是否仍在部队的毕业生提到信息技术和工具应用能力,适应能力,适应工作性质改变带来的变化,适应服务对象改变带来的变化,适应军地环境改变带来的变化,有行动力6项素质有统计学差异(χ^2=4.354,12.954,10.135,9.157,19.073,9.232,P<0.05)。
A survey was carried out on the opinions on the core quality achieved at work,based on the analysis of cognitive differences among 82 military medical graduates majoring in clinical medicine,working at present in different working environments.The results showed statistical significances among the graduates who work in different levels of hospitals in eight abilities:adapting to the changes brought by work nature,by military or non-military environment,innovation and scientific research ability,critical thinking in professional activities,consciously cultivating creative thinking and innovation ability,actively writing and publishing scientific research papers,being aggressive and having the power of action(χ^2=13.709,7.817,8.729,9.658,7.372,10.881,7.122,16.596,P<0.05).There were significant differences between those working in and out of health care units regarding five abilities:adopting reasonable treatment plan,adaptability,adapting to the changes brought by work nature,bought by military or non-military environment,and the dedication to work(χ^2=3.943,10.564,20.549,13.817,4.001,P<0.05).The study also revealed that there were significant differences between those working in and out of the army regarding six qualities,including applying information technology and tools,adaptability,adapting to the changes brought by work nature,by service,by military or non-military environment,and having the power of action(χ^2=4.354,12.954,10.135,9.157,19.073,9.232,P<0.05).
