藤黄健骨片对颈椎病颅内血流速度的影响

EFFECT OF TENGHUANG JIANGU TABLET ON INTRACRANIAL BLOOD FLOW VELOCITY IN CERVICAL SPONDYLOPATHY

目的观察藤黄健骨片对肾阳亏虚型颈椎病颅内血流速度的影响。方法将我院收治的160例中医证型属肾阳亏虚型颈椎病患者,采用数字随机表法将分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例),观察组予以藤黄健骨片4片tid治疗,对照组予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5mgqn治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.75%,远远高于对照组的88.75%,观察组患者舒张末期峰值血流速度及收缩期峰值血流速度明显高于对照组患者。结论藤黄健骨片治疗肾阳亏虚型颈椎病可有效提升治疗有效率,加快患者颅内血流速度,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tenghuang jiangu tablet on intracranial blood flow velocity in cervical spondylopathy,TCM syndrome type of which is kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods:160 cases of cervical spondylosis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases),and the observation group was treated with 4 tids of Tenghuang jiangu tablets,while the control group was treated with 5 mg qn of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Results:Total therapeutic response rate of the patients in observation group was 98.75%,far higher than 88.75%in the control group,the late diastolic peak flow velocity and peak systolic blood flow velocity of the patients in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylotic disease with Tenghuang jiangu tablet,which TCM syndrome type is kidney Yang deficiency type,can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment and speed up the intracranial blood flow of patients,which has significant clinical application values.
