摘要
县域义务教育师资均衡发展指标体系对推进我国义务教育均衡发展具有重要的理论和实践价值。依据指标体系理论基础,结合已有相关研究及国家和地方政府相关文件,通过咨询专家和地方教育行政部门人员,构建了县域义务教育师资均衡发展的评价指标体系,具体包括教师数量、教师质量、师资结构和师资稳定4个一级指标、12个二级指标和10个三级指标。
Constructing the index system of teachers’balanced development of County compulsory education has an important theoretical and practical value for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education.Based on the theoretical basis of the index system,combines with the evaluation index of literature of teachers’balanced development and the one in the relevant documents of the national and local government,consults with experts and local education administrators,this study establishes a index system.The index system is made up of four first-level indicators including the teachers’quantity,structure,stability and quality,twelve second-level indicators and ten third-level indicators.
