深部矿井应力主导型煤岩瓦斯动力灾害声发射监测预警方法 被引量:2

摘要 矿井深部开采条件下,传统预测方法难以准确预测应力主导型煤岩瓦斯动力灾害的发生。为提高动力灾害预测的准确性和可靠性,以平煤十矿己15-24080采面为研究对象,采用声发射监测预警技术对工作面回采进行实时监测。研究发现,应力主导型煤岩瓦斯动力灾害发生前,声发射指标整体上呈现逐渐升高的趋势,且动力灾害发生在声发射指标演化曲线的下降段;声发射前兆模式呈现为指标“先上升后下降”的模式。基于此提出了“静态临界值与动态趋势预警”相结合的煤岩瓦斯动力灾害声发射判识预警方法,并建立了工作面应力主导型煤岩瓦斯动力灾害声发射判识预警准则,实现了对深部矿井应力为主导型煤岩瓦斯动力灾害的超前监测预警,确保了工作面安全高效开采,完善了声发射监测预警技术体系。 Under deep mining conditions,it is difficult for the traditional prediction method to accurately predict the occurrence of the stress-dominated coal-gas dynamic disasters.To improve the accuracy and reliability of dynamic disaster prediction,in this paper,F15-24080 working face in Pingdingshan No.10 mine is taken as as the research object and real-time monitoring is performed by adopting the acoustic emission monitoring and early warning technology.The results shows that,prior to the occurrence of the stress-dominated coal-gas dynamic disasters,the acoustic emission indexes show a trend of gradual increase and the dynamic disasters occur in the declining section of the evolution curve of acoustic emission indexes.The acoustic emission precursory mode shows a“rising first and falling afterwards”mode in index.Based on these findings,an acoustic emission identification and early warning method for the coal-gas dynamic disasters proposed by combining the static critical value with the early warning dynamic trend.The decision criteria of acoustic emission warning for the stress-dominated coal-gas dynamic disasters were finally established,realizing the advanced monitoring and early warning of the stress-dominated coal-gas dynamic disasters in deep mines.By ensuring the safe and efficient working of face mining,the proposed method has improved the acoustic emission monitoring and early warning technology system.
