摘要
基于水利工程建设项目监理的安全检查工作,分析了施工监理安全检查的多样形式、关键内容以及控制管理的方法,并建立目标层、准则层和指标层等三级层次,采用层次分析的方法,对各层次的敏感性指标进行分析评价,达到持续改进、不断提高、逐步完善施工监理的安全生产控制管理水平和实现安全生产的目的。
The safety inspection work and its evaluation method in construction supervision of water conservancy projects are introduced.Firstly,the various inspection means,key contents and control and management methods of the safety inspection in construction supervision are summarized.Then,the safety inspection work is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)while the target level,criterion level and index level are established and the sensitivity indexes of these levels are evaluated.Thus,the control and management level of the safe production in construction supervision can be continuously and gradually improved,and the safe production can be finally achieved.
