Management of the Construction Land Use for External Transportation Work in Wudongde Hydropower Station Project

基于乌东德水电站对外交通工程的建设用地情况,剖析了永久征地和临时占地面积及费用增加的原因,使我们认识到,作为企业投资,必须将用地成本实事求是地纳入到建设投资概算中,并应着力提升建设用地的精细化管理水平,以降低投资。

The problems encountered in the construction land use of the external transportation work in Wudongde Hydropower Station project are discussed.Reasons for the increase of the permanent land acquisition and temporary land occupation are analyzed.The results show that the cost of land use must be accurately included in the construction investment estimate of an enterprise investment project.Also,efforts should be made to improve the delicate management level of the construction land use to reduce investment.
