SPEEK-rGO双相复合膜的透氢性能研究

摘要 以浓硫酸作为溶剂和磺化试剂,制备了磺化度(DS)为72%的磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)。将SPEEK作为质子导相、还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)作为电子导相,采用流延/溶剂挥发法制备SPEEK-rGO双向复合膜,考察了SPEEK与rGO的质量比对复合膜透氢性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂3 wt%rGO的双相复合膜的透氢性能最好;300℃,其透氢速率为0.089 mL·min^-1·cm^-2,且240℃可以稳定运行100 h。 Sulfonated polyether ether ketone(SPEEK)with 72% sulfonation degree(DS)was prepared by using concentrated sulfuric acid as solvent and sulfonating reagent.SPEEK was used as the proton conducting phase and rGO as the electron conducting phase,and SPEEK-rGO bidirectional composite membrane was prepared by flow delay/solvent evaporation method.The effect of SPEEK and rGO quality ratio on the hydrogen-permeable performance of the composite membrane was investigated.The results showed that the biphasic composite film doped with 3 wt% rGO had the best hydrogen permeability.At 300℃,its hydrogen permeation rate is 0.089 mL·min^-1·cm^-2,and it can operate stably at 240℃ for 100 h.
