摘要
含氮化合物与甲醛通过Mannich反应制备了含氮阻燃聚醚,又进一步制备了阻燃聚氨酯硬泡,并对其发泡性和阻燃性进行了测试。测试结果表明,随着阻燃聚醚含量的增加,聚氨酯硬泡材料的极限氧指数有了显著提高。
By Mannich reaction,the nitrogen-containing flame retardant polyether was synthesized,further the flame retardant polyurethane rigid foams were formed,and the foaming properties and the flame resistance were also tested.The testing results shows that the limited oxygen index(LOI)increases with the addition of the nitrogen-containing flame retardant polyether.
