摘要
采用高纯铁制备了热浸镀铝镀层,利用SEM和EDS分析了浸镀时间对热浸镀铝组织演变的影响。结果表明:热浸镀铝镀层由镀铝层、化合物层和基体组成。化合物层中Fe2Al5相呈粗大的舌状向Fe基体内生长,Fe4Al13相呈短小的碎块状朝向镀铝层。随着热浸镀时间的增加,Fe4Al13相层呈现先增厚后平缓的变化趋势,Fe2Al5相层不断增厚,呈现抛物线式增长。
The hot-dip aluminum coating was prepared by high-purity iron.The influence of the time of hot-dip aluminum coating on the microstructure evolution was analyzed by SEM and EDS.The results show that the hot-dip aluminizing coating is composed of aluminizing layer,compound layer and matrix.In the compound layer,the Fe2Al5 phase grows in the form of thick tongue towards the Fe matrix,and Fe4Al13 phase in the form of short fragment towards the aluminized layer.With the increase of hot-dip time,Fe4Al13 phase layer shows a trend of thickening first and then remaining unchanged,andthe continuous thickening of Fe2Al5 phase layer presents parabolic growth.
